They always make you feel welcome and it feels comfortable to meet in the lobby area to see friends from the area. The negative would be the breakfast is very minimal and needs improvement.

Found a dead bedbug in the first room I was assigned. Then the second room didn’t look like the floor was cleaned. Found what looked like a very small blood stain on the foot of the bed along with some blotting left by possibly bedbug activity. Wi-Fi didn’t work and tv channels were limited. If it weren’t for the weather I would’ve left.

No complaints about the room, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was scant and pathetic. NO proteins options what-so-ever (I'd even be happy with hard boiled eggs if they didn't want to provide scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage). Just jelly for toast/bagels/english muffins, no butter or cream cheese. No cups for juice. Definitely do not come here expecting a full breakfast. And if a roll-away is an extra $20 a night it needs to be listed. Most roll-aways at other hotels are at no additional charge.

The bed wasn’t fully made up, I don’t think bed linens were changed, decorative pillow was left in the floor, and toiletries such as makeup remover wipes weren’t replenished. It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly disappointing-no meat at all. Some bacon or sausage would have been appreciated.

Snowy Stay in Woodland Park
Room was comfortable and clean. Glad to have microwave and small frig to store things. Showers were very narrow but clean. Continental breakfast was okay. They ran out of bowls for cereal and seating was limited but was satisfactorily clean.

Manager seems to have a dislike for Expedia bookings. Uncooperative, unaccommodating, put our 98 year old travel companion on a different floor from her caregiver. Desk said since we booked with Expedia we’d have to go through them to change rooms. Other hotels went to extraordinary lengths to keep us close together. Manager refused to print me a receipt even though we paid at the property because I booked with Expedia. Again, other hotels have no issue printing a receipt.

Everything was very nice except the fruit in the morning for breakfast. We were there for 5 nights and not once was the fruit refreshed. The bananas were old from the first morning and were the same bananas all 5 days. The oranges ran out on the second day and never had any more. One of the apples that wrapped in plastic wrap was mushy and not able to eat at all.
