Housekeeping was terrible, we couldn’t get clean towels or our room cleaned when we were placed on the before 9 am list. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was very clean and staff service was great. Fitness room could’ve used a clean-up, scale and water fountain. The business center computer was really gross and the staff didn’t know password so we couldn’t log into it; however, the staff member went above and beyond to assure we got to print what we needed. Breakfast area was clean and had decent choices (nothing special). Our room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve come across in the last few years so 5 stars overall for me.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every three days, but I was there five and it was never cleaned. The hot tub was working the full time I was there.

I was there for a week and My room did not get cleaned till the fourth day. When I first entered my room the desk chair had writing on it so I told the front desk. On the second day they came in my room without telling me to get the chair then did not bring me another one till 9:30pm.

Clean and quiet. It’s pet friendly but there’s not much space to take dogs potty. Check in took a while but they gave me a free upgrade. Breakfast on our check out day wasn’t out at 6:00 as posted so we weren’t able to leave as soon as we had wanted but it is a decent breakfast

First, the hottub was closed ( a must have for the kiddos) 2nd online said shuttle service to the airport but when we got there they said it wasnt availble till 7, but we needed to catch a 6am flight so had to pay for an uber (extra $30) and 3 the thermostat in our room was broke, so had to listen to the fan make terrible noises all night. Plus side room was large and housekeeping was extremely friendly.

There was no mention of a pet fee anywhere until you check in. The hot tub was also out and that is one of the reasons we decided to stay. If we would have know the hot tub was out and they changed extra for a pet we would have gone somewhere different.

Overall a very average hotel with fair pricing. The room was clean but not extremely clean. The walls had some spots/splashes that needed wiped down. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The TV did not rotate so you couldn’t watch from all areas of the room. Towels were clean but a bit scratchy and one had a slight stain. The lobby area and elevator need some attention. Breakfast was basic: eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, etc. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The area is very convenient and quiet. We did get a pikes peak view that was lovely! Overall I’d recommend staying here for a couple of nights.
