The bed sheets and the curtains were dirty and stained A/C did not blow cold air. Room 192 felt like they just didn’t care so the through you in the side. Overall everything was perfect especially the workers in the buffet area. I will come back but not stay in that room something more luxury

The view was beautiful and access to the club side was nice . Things were quite a walk but staff would pick you up in a cart if requested. The rooms were clean and comfy but very basic.

This was an amazing stay!! We were in town for another event and found this hotel. However, there was SO MUCH to do at the hotel! I would defintiely book a two night stay to be able to really anjoy all that the propery offers.

This place absolutely SUCKED!! Our AC in our room didn’t work. Then the cleaning person who cleans the room everyday took our ice bucket and when we called and asked for a new one the front desk associate blew us off and we never got one. Honestly, I should have just slept in my rental vehicle. At least I would have had AC. But in the end who the hell really cares??!! DEFINITELY not this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Our AC didn’t work in our room. I asked for an ice bucket from the front desk attendant and they blew me off and never gave us one. Honestly, I think I would have been more comfortable if I just slept in my rental. At least I would have AC. But in the end who really cares? This place doesn’t. Do screw it.

There was a sign in front of the buffet that said $10 breakfast brunch so when I received a $80 bill for a family of 4 I was very shocked to say the least. I know you host a ton of events but please make sure all proper signage is up for current guests and events.

Very nice location. It’s a busy resort, but after reading reviews, requested a top floor and it was perfect. Not a new property, but well kept and very clean. Great views and close to the zoo, open spaces stores and restaurants outside of the resort. Staff was great also.
