"We had a great stay here - the home was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well stocked and great access to the river. The teens loved being able to step right outside and fish. Good fishing too! We had rainy weather yet that didn't stop us from having a great time. Dan is excellent and timely with his communications too. Hope to return here this summer!"

"Quiet area great for families. Loved the outdoor space. We brought 2 large dogs and they had a safe place to enjoy without escaping. The fire pit was nice and the shed with the beach chairs and different sized bikes was awesome. The inside was clean and had nice touches. The golf cart rentals and restaurants were very convenient."

"This home is perfect for multiple families to meet. Two bwdrooms on one aide of the house and another bedroom across the house all on the main floor. Two additional bwdrooms upstairs and three bathrooms. Everyone was comfortable and had privacy and the best part was the house was really quiet. We couldn't hear people walkaround above us. The wings are separated by a huge living room with couches, games, books and a huge dining table. Charming! There is a spectacular view of the water and the town is easy to walk around in with lots of good restaurants. Our hosts made sure we literally had everything we needed. My favorite touch were the real cotton linens. No cheap, hot, polyester towels sherts, or comforters -it was like staying at your grandma's house. Highly recommend."
