I tried so hard to enjoy my stay but I couldn’t. My room wasn’t clean and the air conditioner broke. I paid for airport transportation (pickup and drop off), I set an agreed upon drop off time (11:30 am) yet was asked to wait. I waited about 25 mins before I ordered an Uber to avoid missing my flight back to the States. I didn’t receive a refund for the inconvenience either. The food & drinks were great but took awhile to receive them. I wouldn’t stay here again, there’s plenty of other hotels in the area.

The staff are incredible friendly and would give advice on where to go visit if you asked them. Felix, Edwin, Benjamin and Jason where very friendly and treat their guest politely. I did get massage from there spa, Carolina, was also very delightful and down to earth. Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendliness!
