Everything was excellent in terms of room and cleanliness. The AC unit was faulty, and the toilet flush was also not working. We made the staff aware of this while leaving the hotel. Hopefully, it will be corrected.

When calling to book this pet friendly facility, Zack was very professional and assisted us in getting a great room. This is a very new facility and the staff are doing an amazing job keeping it clean. Once the surrounding area is landscaped this will be a great location for families with pets.

Very clean and nice. The hotel wasn’t very full but they put us right beside other people so it was loud in the morning and the housekeeping was in and out of the room beside us and vacuuming and then knocked on our door. But staff was very nice and the place was great. Would definitely stay here again

The property is brand new only 3 months in operation as of May 2024. Room is well equipped with small kitchen including Cook top, microwave, dishwasher, condo size fridge with freezer. Enough pans and utensils for 2. Coffee maker but go to the lobby for much better brew. Or if you want a Timmy’s fix it is right across the street. Overall the room is small but extremely comfortable. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed and a reclining chair. Great size washroom with nice glass door shower. No balcony so if a smoker have to head outside. If heading to Collingwood it is a great place to stay for a short term visit.
