“The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. Of all of the properties we have stayed worldwide this was the best without a doubt. We look forward to being able to return with our family.”

“The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days……

“Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.”

“Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casetta e siamo stati molto bene. Anche la nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato molto il grande giardino e la tranquillità. Massima cordialità e disponibilità da parte di Alessandra e la signora Rita. Consigliato per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e un appoggio per visitare bellissimi borghi nelle vicinanze. Torneremo!”

“Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this……

“Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back.”

“We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener.”

“House was just as described. Was very clean and filled with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be back!”

“Wir hatten mit Hund und Freunden 4 wunderschöne Tage in Patricias phantastischem Haus. Patricia war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung, immer parat, wenn man Fragen hatte mit guten Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir sind 2 Tage zum Sightseeing in Rom gewesen (mit dem Zug, die Verbindung ist super) und waren jeden Abend froh in diese Oase mit dem riesigen Garten zurückkehren zu können. Die Kinder konnten Fußball spielen, der Hund war glücklich (sein Reich ;)), wir konnten……

“Wir haben unser Haus in Rocca Priora genossen mit viel Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage auf den Hügeln vor Rom, der rustikalen Ausstattung und dem Pool, der uns nach heißen Tagen in Rom die Abkühlung versprach, die wir an lauen spätsommerlichen Abenden genossen haben.”

“Wir hatten einen tollen entspannten Urlaub in Armandos Häuschen. Die deutsche Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist schwer zu verstehen, wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Danke für die schöne Zeit, den Pool und die Liegen.”

“Es war vom "Buchungs-Klick", bis zur Abreise, ein wunservoller Aufenthalt! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert und war immer top und zuverlässig. Auch als während des Aufenthaltes, Fragen auftauchten, wurden diese schnell,freundlich und nützlich beantwortet. Der hauseigene Blog lässt so gut wie keine Fragen offen und bietet tolle und ausführliche Informationen für Shopping / Ausflüge / Restaurants etc.. Auch eine Lademöglichkeit für……

“L'appartamento è proprio nel centro del nucleo antico di Anagni. E' raggiungibile in auto, anche se difficilmente si trova libero uno dei pochi parcheggi nelle vicinanze, ma a circa trecento metri, all'ingresso della città storica, c'è un parcheggio gratuito ove si trova sempre posto. L'appartamento ha la limitazione imposta dalla struttura quasi millenaria dell'immobile, con un vano a piano terra privo di finestra, ma compensato per la luce dall'ampia porta di ingresso con vetrate oscurate,……

“We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!”
