Great getaway
The house was everything we needed as a family. Walkable to Ron Jon and the beach, pool in the backyard. Walked to the beach in the early AM to see a rocket launch. All in all, pretty great.

Great location, heated pool.
Had a little hiccup upon check-in but the property mgmt company made it right. Overall the property is great and very close to lots of amazing attractions. The pool and outdoor area is very well done with top notch landscaping, spaces to relax and recreate. A short walk to the beach on top of everything else is just a cherry on top.

Great vacation in favorite place
It was a great 4 days stay with my 6 persons family and our dog (we had 1 extra inflatable bed with us) The house looked even better than on pictures. We enjoyed a pool even it is December. Great convenient location, short walk to the beach and Cocoa beach pier. The house is near the busy road, yet fenced yard took care of our privacy completely. We loved it!

Space Coast Is Real
The pool is great! We were there during a heat wave that made the beach uncomfortable so we were in the pool half the time we were there. Even though it's a corner lot on a major thoroughfare the fence gives you all the privacy you need. Literally a five minute walk to the beach and a short walk to several restaurants. We would definitely rent this one again.

Pool and backyard are awesome.
My kids loved the pool. There was a huge tv outside as well, which we used. The house had everything we needed. The whole outdoor area was beautiful. The walk to the beach was easy. There was a wagon in the garage and numerous boogie boards. We had a great time and especially loved the pool!

Perfect for our family - location, location, location
This house is perfect, it has everything you need for a great home away from home. Beach is a block away, not crowded at all. Pretty much everything you need in a 2 mile radius. If you want to venture out, Orlando is 50 minutes, Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes, Cocoa Beach downtown is 5 minutes, Cocoa Village is 15 minutes. So many things to do, surfing lessons, putt putt with alligators, Universal/Disney, kayaking with manatees, rocket launches, Kennedy Space center, every type of restaurant. The backyard and pool are incredible, stayed out there as much as we could. This house is all about location and I would highly recommend it for any family looking for a chill spot or on the move.

Right down from the beach but we had our own pool. Wasn't to far to drive to go to the amusement parks. Very clean, lots of room, pool area was amazing, and all the amenities. We had a relaxing time here for sure and would stay here again.

We had 4 adults, two teens, 1 toddler and 2 twin infants plus our fur pet and had an absolute amazing time! Beach house was awesome and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the private pool fenced in backyard for our fur baby. Lots of grilling out. Hubby & I spent a lot of time talking about how we would love to own the place.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The house has great amenities and everything we needed for our week at Cocoa Beach!! The house was clean and very spacious for our family and our small dog. The backyard was our absolute favorite though!! It was a beautiful place all on it own with everything you need for a relaxing pool day or night swim! We all loved it and can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice vacation spot
Bed in the main bedroom says king in the listing but it is only a double possibly a queen. The floor didn’t seem to be swept or mopped very well when we arrived. It’s in a great location though. It was great for our vacation. Pool is awesome!

Enjoyable rental at cocoa beach
House was more than adequate for our stay after Christmas. Plenty of parking and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Location was close a short drive to all the action. Could even walk to a couple of restaurants that were beachside. The beach is an easy one block walk. Yes this house is next to A1A and traffic tends to be noisy during the day but we were usually out and about then. Noise is not really an issue at night. Would recommend the mattresses be upgraded. And television is streaming only so you know. Overall I would recommend.

Perfect for family & pet
Great location! Walking distance to beach, shopping & restaurants. Home was clean and comfortable, with private space for each family member and plenty of room to hang out together. The fenced back yard was wonderful for our dog to play in, until she found a possum hiding in the garden! This was our first VRBO rental, and we are glad we tried it.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons loué la maison pour 5 jours et ce fût un séjour inoubliable! La maison était parfaite pour notre famille avec 2 enfants et mes beaux parents. Avec les chambres séparées de chaque côté de la grande aire commune, nous avions chacun notre intimité. La cour arrière est grande et l'aménagement est génial avec la piscine, le porche, l'espace gazonné, l'endroit pour faire un feu de camp et la section table de patio. La piscine a été un "high light" pour les enfants et les adultes qui y ont passé des heures à s'amuser. La proximité à la plage était parfaite aussi. Les propriétaires ont plusieurs jeux de plages, parasol, chaises de plage et autres pour rendre les visites à la plage plus intéressante et confortable pour toute la famille. L'accès à une laveuse et sécheuse était très utile pour notre famille avec un bébé. On a apprécié le fait qu'il y avait un chaise haute disponible. On a aussi bien apprécié la soirée cinéma à l'extérieur puisqu'une télévision est accessible dans la cours arrière. La maison est située près du boulevard passant. Le bruit des motos qui passent est dérangeant. Les matelas sont vieux et très mous et devraient être changés et les draps ne sont pas confortables. Malgré cela, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et y on y retournerait n'importe quand.
