Direct ocean front, 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom, condo right next to the renowned Cocoa Beach Pier, which is for owner occupied or guests of the vacation rental units. The beach front condo is located near Cocoa Beach Downtown, Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center, and it gives you a great beach access point with safe and excited enjoyment. The condo can accommodate up to 6 persons and provides all the basics including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free super-fast 500Mbs Wi-Fi and your own in-unit washer/dryer. You'll find everything you need from chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.
After enjoying your activities on the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier, you can enjoy the communal heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for quiet relaxing.

The condo provides all the basics including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, umbrella, chairs, cooler. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room consisting of the dining table set, the sofa with the queen pull-out bed, and the smart TV. It has a large sliding door that opens to a generous size patio that is next to a huge community courtyard for children playing; the beach access gate; and a short walk to the community pool. The master bedroom consists of a master bathroom with walk-in shower, closet, plenty of drawers, a comfortable king size bed, a smart TV with all the latest features and cables. The second bedroom including a comfortable queen bed, closet, dedicated working desk and chair. The second bathroom is right outside the second bedroom with a walk-in shower. Guests are encouraging to open closets and cabinets to find extra linen, blankets, towels, supplies and kitchen wares to use during the stay. Please put back clean items where you found.

The condo is in the center of the tourist area therefore it is a short distance to all other activities like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. You can walk along the beach to the Jetti Fishing Pier, or you can sit on the beach a few steps away to watch shuttle launches.

Great beach/ Pool/rocket launch viewing rental
The rental is at a great location-right on the beach, easy walking distance the Cocoa beach pier, Its an easy bike ride or a moderate walk to RON JON surf shop, grocery stores and restaurants. Its also great place to watch rocket launches-I watched 2 by simply stepping outside the patio door and looking north. The place itself is clean and set up well. The beds were very good but be aware that if you plan to sleep more than 4 they will be on a sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room furniture was OK especially for a stay of a couple days. But we stayed almost 2 weeks and it was getting uncomfortable. The TV went out the day before the Superbowl but the owner promptly replaced it. On Superbowl Sunday the internet system created some problems that interrupted the game several times. The owner said it was the internet provider. The amenities were good. If there is one thing that could be improved it is the out door furniture. It is really worn out and uncomfortable. The sliding patio door/screen needs some attention or lubrication. It would be nice to have a key to the slider so it can easily be locked when going out back to the beach (you had to lock it from inside and exit the front door and walk around the building). Be mindful that this is a ground floor condo with no view of the beach but there are lotsa advantages of a ground floor beach condo. Overall it is a great seaside rental with access to everything you need for a great beach Vacay!

Get Little Beach Location
We loved the location, just steps from the beach & the pier. We stayed 2 nights prior to a company cruise, 2 couples & 2 solo girls. We fit perfectly & had plenty of room. The weather wasn’t the best on Saturday but we did make our way to the beach for a while & it wasn’t as busy as Friday afternoon. We found it easy to get around Cocoa Beach via our rental car, visiting the grocery store which was a short drive away. We enjoyed dinner on the pier Friday night & loved that we didn’t have to drive. Everything was clean & up to date. Thanks for providing beach chairs and an ice chest! We utilized them! I would highly recommend this host!

Great place; clean and easy access
We needed a place to stay for a couple of days prior to our cruise and this was a GREAT choice!!! It was in a very nice location with walking access to shops, restaurants and sights. It was a quick drive to a lot of other options as well. The unit was clean and furnished with plenty of amenities to make us feel right at home. Mark was very communicative and helpful.

This is a beautiful condo by the beach. It is on the first floor but you cannot see the beach from the property which was disappointing for me. The unit is a two bedroom. There is a sofa bed for an extra guest. It has great options for plates, cups, and pots. So overall excellent quality.

Loved how close this place was to the beach and to Port Canaveral. The place was clean and had some basic necessities. We were steps away from 2 restaurants and never needed a car. Appreciate the space! Thank you.

I was specifically looking for a 3 bedroom place, because there were 3 couples in our group. The listed add said "Condo (sleeps 6) 1081 sq ft • 3 bedroom • 2 bathroom" The unit was nice enough, but it DID NOT have 3 bedrooms. There were only 2 bedroom. I did message the owner & his response was "I can go to jail for lying". Just know that this is not a 3 br unit if you are looking & need that.

Neat clean beach retreat
This place was so neat and clean and super close to the beach. When I say close, I mean you can throw and ball from the living room door and hit sand. We booked this place because my MIL has mobility issues and she had no problems getting around to the beach and pool and back. The access to the beach was probably the closest I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed in properties all over Florida. Check in was super easy. Super close to pool, parking right outside the door. Simple and clean, absolutely everything you need for a short beach trip. Publix and multiple restaurant a 2 minute (or less) drive. Mark was so easy to work with and answers questions super quick. Comfy beds, cold AC, very spacious. Great place and good value.

Perfect Spot!
We booked here not knowing anything about Cocoa Beach and we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect this condo was. It was clean, so close to the beach, cleanest pool, so close to everything! Mark was easy to work with and made sure everything was clean and ready for check-in. Definitely recommend and would go back!
