Just 5 min walk from daily unforgettable sunsets, and waves, our spacious villa consists of a large first floor where the common areas are located, spacious open space of modern high end fully equipped kitchen, big dining table set for 8 people, beautiful custom made stylish living room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows watching the lush garden and the private salt system pool. You will find big flat screen TV, elegant decor and full amenities for you to use. Outside, we have 50 mts of terrace with a custom made sitting area, big yard with lush garden and a private pool with shallow kids area! private parking space and garage for surf boards is offered. To take that sand off when coming back home from the beach you can use the beautiful garden shower rain or shine to your enjoyment. On the second floor you will find the quiet bedrooms area- one master bedroom, queen size bed , newly designed shower and bathroom. second and third bedrooms have queen beds each with full closets and drawers. Second bathroom includes a pampering bath surrounded by green from all windows. You can watch the sunset from your bedroom or relax in the pool with friends surrounded by our lush garden!

Overall a very nice place, nice design, but getting beat up with usage and about ready for a makeover. The daily housekeeper was super. Overall a 4 star . We were surprised that you can't put any paper in the toilet , not even toilet paper. It's not something we are accustomed to but apparently it's not uncommon in Santa Theresa either .....

Cool, comfortable and convenient
Amor is a cool, convenient, cozy villa in a great location. It's perched up a (kind of steep) hill above town, with secure parking, away from the noise and bustle of the main street, but in easy walking distance of two Santa Teresa beach entrances, an excellent cafe (Ani's), and many great shops and restaurants. The house itself is very nicely decorated with comfy beds, cool lighting, comfy outdoor seating areas and a clean refreshing pool. The house is a great size - comfortable and not overly fancy. (One small note: the outdoor shower area and washing machine need a little sprucing up.) Adi the host lives right nearby - we already miss her kids and dogs! - and is friendly and attentive and always available to help (unless the internet goes out in the entire town like it did our last two days, but that's life in the jungle as they say). In general, for its price point, Amor is super convenient to town, homey, cool and comfortable (AC in all rooms), with a great little pool, and really close to the beach. We truly enjoyed it and definitely recommend it. Many thanks to Adi, Atarra the chef, Birma (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) and our tour guide Rio (Adi's son)! !Pura vida!

We had a really good time at Casa Amor , being in Santa Teresa during a very hot & humid summer (January) it was marvellous to stay home and chill by the pool or in the well air conditioning sitting room Really worth it !!!

Perfect house, perfect location!
This house looks exactly like the pictures, if not better! It’s such a great set up for a family or friends visiting Santa Teresa. The outdoor indoor living around the pool was used day and night. Everything was kept extremely clean with daily maid service which we were not even expecting! The location is perfection, central to everything needed to walk in Santa Teresa but I highly recommend renting an ATV for your stay to be able to get around more easily/a little further. Our host Adi, was so sweet and accessible if we needed anything. She even arranged a beautiful horse back riding trip and taxi for us as well as helped with some laundry since the washer wasn’t working. Incredible property and trip, I would 100% visit again and highly recommend!

Perfection
This clean and modern Bali-feeling villa was perfect for our family of four. The location is up a residential hill/street a short 5 min. walk from Santa Teresa beach and plenty of shops and restaurants and cafés. The daily cleaning was helpful and Adi the owner was always so kind and quick to respond to any of our queries. The house felt safe and secure and has gated parking up a little steep-ish hill. The pool was refreshing and clean and we loved hanging out at the house when we weren’t diving fishing snorkeling or hiking. The kids were entertained electronically thanks to the good Wifi. It was nice to wake everyday to the sounds of birds and Howler Monkeys. We will miss it. But we will be back soon! Thank you Adi!!! :)

Great location. Very short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. The pool was amazing. Great indoor and outdoor living areas. 3 good size bedrooms upstairs amd large bathrooms. The owner was helpful with anything we needed. Daily maid service was amazing. It had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay here.

Lovely Hideaway in Santa Teresa
I work 100% remotely and myself and two friends (also remote workers) spent two weeks at Adi's villa. The home itself is beautiful - great open concept living space opening up to the pool. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great for sharing with friends. Adi was always responsive to our questions/messages and helped booking taxis when needed. The house is a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants (you must try the sushi place) and we'd sometimes see howler monkeys out the window! Some words of caution: we had the power go out a couple times and had a couple days where we lost Wi-Fi plus cell reception is not great at the house. Adi assured us this was a rare occurrence, but as remote workers this is a our livelihood. If Internet is not a concern - this will be a great place to relax for vacation. If you are here and Internet does go out, Selina South has a coworking space serviced by both Internet providers that you can take a cab to. If you can get to Santa Teresa for a vacation, stay with Adi! If you are a remote worker, San Jose is the easier place to be!

Beautiful Home in an Incredible Town
My family of 4 had the immense pleasure of staying at Villa Amor for a week. The house itself is very well designed and nicely decorated, Once inside the gated garage, you enter a beautiful outdoor oasis with private pool, a lush garden, lots of place to chill and relax, and a great outdoor shower. When we were home , we spent the majority of our time relaxing outside. The inside of the home was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you would need to feel at home, Including a well stocked kitchen, TV with Netflix (though we never turned it on) and powerful a/c. The Wi-Fi worked well, even outside, which was much appreciated by our teenage girls. The daily cleaning and laundry service was excellent, really adding to the feeling of luxury while staying there. Adi, the owner, was very helpful in booking two of our excursions and providing us with great advice as to where to go and what to do. The experience of renting the villa was smooth, and she provided easy to follow directions and was there to meet us when we arrived. Another thoughtful touch was being welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit, coconuts and coffee. Santa Theresa itself is amazing! The people are warm and welcoming, the vibe and energy of the town is relaxed and free spirited and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. We woke up to the birds and monkeys in the trees surrounding the villa, and capped off nearly every day on the beach watching the incredible sunsets. The town includes plenty of great restaurant options and grocery stores, if you prefer to cook at the Villa. We rented an ATV for most of the time we were there. The private garage was able to accommodate both a large Land Cruiser Prado and the 4 seater ATV. We travelled the lower part of the peninsula visiting Malpais, Cabo Blanco, Montezuma, Isla Tortuga and Tambor. It is an absolutely beautiful location. We highly recommend renting this Villa. The owner was great, the cleaner was very nice and the Villa itself is perfect! We will definitely be coming back.

Great spot!
House was beautiful with tons of attention to detail. More than enough room inside for the five of us, but we were never inside except to cook. Kitchen had virtually everything we needed. The outdoor space is simple but amazing, with room for us to spread out and not annoy each other, no small feat with two teenage girls . Location is just a few minutes drive from Santa Teresa "centro", but only a few minutes walking to the beach and a bunch of shops, restaurants (Chicken Joe's, Burger Rancho), etc., including our favorite surf lesson/rental place: Del Soul Surf. We live in CR and needed a quick beach trip. By now we know what we like and this was perfect, my wife and daughters have already said we should stay in this house again. Adi was absolutely great with communication. Only problem with this trip is it wasn't long enough.

The perfect place
Everything from the location, house, cleaning, and most importantly the host was amazing! House has everything you could need. Wifi worked really well throughout the property. Pool is the perfect size. La Lora surf spot is less than a 5 min walk. If you're up early enough you will meet the family of monkeys eating from the mango tree in the morning. Cant wait to return.
