"Had an amazing time at Wanderlust 31. I am so excited about returning, and it will be soon. My only suggestion to those who are staying for the first time do not leave your beach wagon. Your wagon is needed to transport your items from your car to the boathouse. Other than that, everything was perfect hurry up and booked your stay."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The pictures do not do it justice! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the amazing view of the marina enjoying a glass of wine. "Our stay was wonderful! The accommodations were first class. The appliances, kitchenware and furnishings were all high end. Evening dinner on the back deck was tranquil. Bed rooms were surprisingly spacious. We are already locking in dates for our anniversary."

"We stayed at this property for spring break. The property was docked in an awesome little spot on the water; conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful and quiet with kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend for small groups looking for a unique getaway experience."

"We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room...

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
