"It’s my third time in last year staying here. It’s clean and comfortable. Plus a perfect location. They seem like they might have new owners and I don’t like the early check in fee. If the hotel is 90% empty just let your guests check in if the room is ready and it’s only a couple hours before check in. "

"Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good."

"The area by the entrance to our room was very dirty. There was a stair case by our room that had garbage under and around it. Then the man sitting on the curb on front of our room cutting his toenails was disgusting. The room itself was clean but very old. The soft blanket on the bed was the best thing. Wont stay here again."

"The owner of the hotel checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. I asked that I could have one of the quietest rooms. Because I was a light sleeper. "My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!"

"We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from"

"The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows."
