This property has notices hung all over that say pardon our appearance as we renovate. There was no obvious renovations in progress. Hotel was older and outdated. There is a picture on the website shows a lovely indoor “heated” pool. Don’t be fooled as that is under renovation too apparently. The only nice thing was the breakfast in the AM. Nice spread was put out plus make your own waffles. They only provide housekeeping services every thee days. If you are looking for a good location near the airport it is two miles away. Older hotel and not an impressive or memorable place to stay.

The hotel was recently purchased, and no renovations have begun. Parking lot full of potholes, the lobby, the dining room and the hallways. The air conditioning wasn’t working. It was incredibly hot. AC. In the rooms was OK They had trouble with the door locks, I had to go down four times because my locks wouldn’t work over the four days I was there. Shower rod was coming off the wall Reported it three times. Because it was so low, the shower curtain once wet hung in the tub about 3 inches into the bottom. The last morning there, my foot caught the shower curtain in the bottom of the tub, and I fell hard. I reported it they said oh goodness I’m sorry The entire experience was awful No one seem to care about the problems Spend a little extra and get a better hotel don’t stay here for anything.

This was an awful stay! The room was so gross! Stains everywhere! I get that they are under renovations but honestly, the place can be maintained a lot better! We stayed for 3 nights! The first night at 1am someone was banging the door down so hard!!! Apparently the person checking us in did not properly check us in!!! And they thought we were staying there without paying! It made me very scared and uncomfortable! The towels weren't clean either! They didn't even apologize for banging the door down at 1am when we complained about it! And the room did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia! The pictures look way nicer than how it actually looks! The front desk person didn't even tell us that there is complementary breakfast! And the weird part is, they didn't ask for photo ID either!

Every staff member I encountered was phenomenal, but that didn’t take away from this nasty property. The pictures can’t be of this hotel, because it’s yucky, but the staff is very kind, and downstairs will smell like the most amazing cleaning products, but again, dirty hotel. The area has plenty to do and plenty to eat, I’m just not sure how such a nasty property exists there, and it has nothing to do with the construction signs posted, without a lick of construction or upgrading going on.

This property is conveniently located within miles of CLE, walking distance to a Walmart, and across the street from the mall and dining options. The staff was helpful. The reason why I booked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle, but it wasn’t available for my departure time. So I took an Lyft. Only one elevator was working at the time to my floor, which was slow and loud. The room and bathroom looked very surface level wiped down only type of clean and was unable to sit on the couch because of stains. I almost left the hotel, but because I was only there for a night, it worked. Super friendly staff, just needs a little TLC in the rooms. Thank you!
