I booked a room through Expedia for my stay At extended stay. While booking I was never informed that we had a CURFEW to check in. So when we got there we were told our reservation was canceled due to a no call no show! I then contacted Expedia and Romel was a huge help getting our refund but as far as the hotel. Don’t allow third party bookings when you have a curfew limit on booking rooms because that was very unacceptable and unprofessional when we came 16 hours away to rest just for a few hours and still would not accommodate my family. I would never book here again in my life third party or not

I really like the area that this property is located. It is close to freeway and is in a quiet business neighborhood. The room was very nice and spacious. The grab and go breakfast was very lacking. A couple of the mornings when we came down, there was nothing stocked even though it was still breakfast time.
