"Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good."

"I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!"

"The property was what I expected, for the price. I wanted a walkable place to a friends in the area. It was quiet and I slept well. That's what I wanted a place to crash with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and responsive."

"The owners of the property are the sweetest people in the world.This was my second time of staying there. I was looking for a place for my mother and I wouldn't have chosen any other place for her at this place. They make you feel like family and said if she needed anything.Since you would be there alone, just to let them know.They are awesome and the place is wonderful"

"I liked the safety bars in the bathroom for handicap or older people. Rooms were colorful and comfortable. The beds were rather high and difficult to get on without jumping up."

"Older building, cracks, uneven surfaces, loose facet, noisy fan/ac, gap under doorway, dusty (chair, desk, dresser)... beds were clean, plenty of bedding, firm mattress and thick pillows. Location was good, right on main street just outside of downtown and right on the lake (didnt see access to the lake)."

"My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!"

"Lovely lakefront cottage with a great kitchenette perfect for making breakfast in! The cottage was clean and well equipped! We wish we could have stayed longer! "

"We were pleased with the home, the view and the grounds. Five adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs were very comfortable. Furniture was nice, there was plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The owners were super nice and very helpful. We would most definitely stay here again"
