"This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about...

"This house was amazing. Beautiful yard, amazing views, and located just far enough from town to have everything you need nearby and still feel a bit secluded. Bob had something cooking in the smoker which filled the yard with something delicious! Both he and Jean were a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. All in all a great trip and awesome property!"

"Five stars is not enough to rate how kind and generous our hosts were to us. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean throughout. Communication was excellent, describing every detail on how to operate lights, locks, hot tub, and thermostat. We enjoyed great views and walks. Fresh eggs were wonderful. "Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area."

"Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely."

"Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs."
