"This is a great, family run boutique hotel in an excellent location. This hotel is located on a floor in an old (to us) building that has been completely updated to modern but still very Italian standards. Don’t let the appearance of the exterior gates and lift fool you, don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are extremely clean, the desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful. "The room and facilities were very nice. Good location. Getting into the room was a puzzle, and I usually feel confident in this area. The concierge was helpful with the doors, but when we needed help because the air conditioning was not on, we had to wait 12 hours to get assistance. So lower marks for sleeping one night without air conditioning."

"Fantastic little hotel in a very central location. Cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The spa is lovely and included in your stay - just book when you arrive. We had a little room on the ground floor but it had everything you’d need for a few days. Reception staff can help with booking airport transfers if required and can recommend places to go and places to eat. I would definitely stay again. "

"The property has excellent access to the train station and to the airport but it is very remote. The apartment was very basic with no extras like a kettle, extra blankets or pillows. The bathroom was tiny and has a mould problem. Otherwise the checkin was straight forward and the host was helpful. "
