"This was a lovely B n B with a comfortable lounge area and a cafe room supplying a more than adequate breakfast. Our hosts were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay."

"Nice property. Very quaint heritage home. Liked the hosts and breakfast. Located close to the CBD, with an uber trip to the CBD costing about $11 (or a half hour walk if you prefer). The shared bathroom is a bit inconvenient for the price but otherwise good."

"One of a kind, large, five star bed and breakfast near to restaurants, downtown! Hosts were amazing to talk with and breakfasts were delicious. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally specious! "I arrived at the property and the owner came out after an hour to tell me that he knows nothing about this ad being advertised and refused us entry to the property. Gareth is the room mate of the owner. Gareth doesn't answer his phone or his messages. I'm now trying to get a refund.. don't stay here at all unless you want to lose your money"

"The hosts were excellent - very welcoming and went the extra mile for our kids when they asked to pat the dog or for a hot chocolate at breakfast time. The five-o-clock wine time was a lovely chance to chat with other guests from around the world. Very convenient location. Only downside is that it's an older building so the noise from Christchurch's boy racers can be irritating at night. A minor problem. We would definitely stay again."

"B&B style but not offer the breakfast. The breed and milk only will be charged $13 per person. The bathroom is dirty. "

"This is just a normal family house let out in rooms. It is not a guest house or hotel. One room has en suite the orhers share a bathroom. Shared kichen etc. Owner lives elsewhere and tried to move us from the en suite room we had booked. We stayed one night then moved elsewhere."

"Surprisingly enough the room was very quiet considering it was the first room just near the lift. Could not hear it at all. Plenty of space in the room and everything that I needed for the three nights. Lovely friendly staff at reception and the location couldn’t be better."
