"Well what can we say ! FANTASTIC, Cheron and Walwen are the perfect hosts, we stayed at Coconut Walk for 4 weeks the location and the apartment are ideal with the beach 1 minute walk away, Cheron is always on hand to help with any questions. We did hire a car and it was delivered to the apartment, we can’t thank Cheron enough for all she done for us and we hope to return in the future, if you are looking for a home from home this is it. "Great views, large balcony, easy access to pool and beach, most services are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Maxwell beach is a good walking beach but less ideal for swimming due to the trade winds and waves. Both beds are queen and windows lack screens. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"Stefano and Elisabetta are flawless hosts in all regards. They were extremely attentive, responding to specific needs that arose, promptly and graciously. The cooling breezes blow reliably and two terrific beaches are less than 100 metres in either direction The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Should the waves be a bit high Miami Beach is not far. We're retired and found that a car rental was not necessary because of the frequency of the local ZR vans"

Cleaning crew was there but we didn’t need to have the place cleaned (1-week stay, we kept it clean, just like at home). Needed some toilet paper, they provided. Dover beach is a few minutes walk.
