"We arrived in Singapore at 6am and requested an early checkin which we were able to get. We had to pay extra for this which I didn’t mind. However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "

"The hotel was beautiful - very nice coffeeshop, restaurants, etc. Loved the pool area and reception level. The room was so inviting to come into out of the heat and just relax. The staff were all lovely. I was able to walk to Marina Bay area - just the Singapore weather can put you off walking too much!! The only slight negative was the hallways to the rooms are a bit dreary but certainly not a big deal. You'd think that having to catch 2 different lifts to your room would be annoying too...
"I stayed one night here during a longer layover. The location is great, close to MRT and if you like to walk, it's at a walkable distance to all main attractions in Singapore.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy.
Also their mini bar is free and very well stocked! "
"We had a two night stay after our cruise from India and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The girl on reception was excellent and the service first class. It is in a great location with all services very close by and just down the road from Chinatown."
"Right in Chinatown. Clean and functional. Walking distance to many interesting attractions and right opposite a station for the excellent subway system."
"Easy walk from MRT. Room is big at its price. Black-out curtain. Sound-proofing could be better but it’s understandable as the building is not new. Overall very good. "
