Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers."

"The house is in a nice location. Everything was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. We weren’t here a lot, but we did enjoy breakfast and evening time here. And Bidwell park is amazing! We just did a short walk-through, but saw all that was available there, a few short minutes away."

"The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in."
