I checked into this hotel late at night and had to go to the front desk to request a roll of toilet paper. And the room had the noisiest fan ever. I could not sleep at all and the staff did switch rooms for the me the next day and apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, they put me next to a room full of noisy partiers and I had difficulty sleeping the next night. In addition, there was an issue with the faucet in the bathroom and water did not flow properly. I spoke with the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do especially about people who were noisy. Hotel was not terrible but I will avoid for next time as I feel there must be better choices in the area.

Asked if one rep if I extend my stay stay for one day and told no problem and asked the rep what the charge would be told me $65 Then later that day came with my credit card,🤔and was told charge is $85 🤔

Had a smoking room. Bathtub had no way to take a bath, shower only. The fridge was old and beaten up, still working. No microwave and the king bed was was hard as a rock...But for the convenience for what we were doing. It was fine..

It is not even close to what the pictures show. It is dirty and beat up. Everything is old and broken. The express breakfast was horrible to look at. I will never recommend this place or stay at a super 8 again. And with it being a Wyndham I thought it would be better.

We always look for the super 8s because they often have smoking rooms which are hard to find nowadays. They're often a bit dumpy and dingy, a sacrifice we make for our habit. This place was the cleanest, nicest, shiniest one we've ever stayed at. Decent neighborhood, great parking, and two blocks from the Mongolian restaurant that was our main reason for stopping here. Definitely will come back if we come this way again.

Checked out within 30 min of moldy, dirty room!!!
There was mold in the bathroom, our non-smoking room smelled like weed, the towels were very scratchy and thin like they got old, the two wash clothes they had didn’t match which seemed unprofessional. There wasn’t a light in the nook that had the sink so it was very dark and very difficult to see. Also, we didn’t feel safe parking our car in the front by the main road, the area seemed a little sketchy. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and booked another hotel. The girl at the front desk was very nice though, the main part of the room was big, and it had a refrigerator but I’m not sure how well the fridge was working. After seeing the condition of the room I didn’t trust it. There was a sign at the check-in counter that said mentioned getting refunds and send requests to an email address, which made me think people requested refunds often. Since we booked through a third party and paid with rewards, we didn’t bother to argue about getting money back. We are just never going to go back there again.

I was walked in once by the the desk clerk who thought the room was empty. I had an attempted entry at midnight by a family with a crying baby that ended up next door. The room could have used a coat of paint on many walls. The desk chair was broken. The toilet could not flush the smallest of items. The bed felt like a sheet over a box of springs.
