"The grounds are beautiful but we had a couple of concerns. The king mattress in our room was horrible, lumpy and impossible ito sleep on comfortably. We requested a new mattress which was done quickly but the replacement was not a whole lot better. No restaurant just a little bistro that is clearly not large enough to accommodate guests who want to eat or get a drink not enough help. Wait time was not acceptable. "

"The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!"

Staff were friendly, grounds were pretty, good eating options nearby, felt safe walking around at night, and special bonus, we were able to re charge our kia ev6 there overnight"
