We loved it here! Highly recommend! Walkable restaurants, and only 15 minutes from Lookout Mountain. Our only complaint was that there was not an ice machine, but the staff was happy to bring you a bucket of ice if needed :)

The hotel was cute. There was water on the carpet underneath the mini fridge. The toilet took forever to fill up after it was flushed. The shower hurt with the shower head pressure. Like I said really cute hotel, but I won’t go back.

Selected this hotel for a one night stay as we were traveling through Chattanooga and looking for a unique and enjoyable rest area. We were not disappointed with our stay. The service was very good. We enjoyed the pool and cocktails that were available at the caboose car.

The Hotel Chalet is nice. It's very convenient to downtown Chattanooga and it's really fun to be at the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. The property is nice and well-maintained. The rooms are very dark. Even with all the lights on, it was kind of hard to see. The bathroom door has to be propped open to keep it open, and that was a bit inconvenient since we were depending on the bathroom for light in the room. They haven't done much to make the patio area outsides the room pretty or inviting. They forgot to clean our room even though cleaning it is SOP there. It was a good stay, but it's not excellent. It did seem clean enough.
