Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working."

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. "Overall we enjoyed our time at Anissas place and for the money it was good. The access to the river and kayaks was great and generally they had enough to get by. We left wanting a bit more on the finer details though. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no extra bath towels and much of the house appeared dated and in need of some touching up/repair. "This was a really great house and location. Everything works and is setup like you would hope. The wrap around porch made it easy to move things from the car to the house, then back again. All communication was quick and accurate. The third bedroom, as stated in the description is a "kids room" with twin size bunkbed. So, if you have older/taller kids this might not work. The house was clean and all of the basic necessities plus some, were available at the house. The outdoor shower did not work...

"This comfortable house is ideal for a biking vacation. It is a short ride to the Cape Cod Bikeway. (If you’re on foot, walk to the circle at the end of Baker’s Drive and follow the woodsy path that takes you right to mile 4 on the bike trail.). The back yard has a shed for easy bike storage. It is entirely fenced in and is a great place for canine guests to run around."

"It’s hard to find a place that a 16 year old boy, 13 year old girl and 7 year old boy ALL enjoy but this did it!
