Online states couch is a double bed and they are not. Only single trundle bed. Bathroom smells like mildew and mold is very noticeable. Floor very sticky. Not impressed.

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay last year so staying again this year. Breakfast was nice. Room up to date and nicely decorated. We had 2 queens, sofa and ottoman, work desk, frig, microwave and coffee maker and closet with iron and hairdryer. . Bathroom clean. Air conditioning was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a wonderful stay. Very clean, tidy and oh, the rooms actually had the shower gels replenished lol most times this is not the case and you have to call the front desk to have it replaced, so a thumbs up for that also.

Room was not clean. Sheets were dirty and had stains on them. Mattress to trundle had stains as well. Mold in the bathroom on floor outside shower. Shampoo dispenser was broken off shower wall and laying in the shower when we walked into the room. No hand soap left in bathroom to wash your hands. Molding missing on bathroom walls.

The young lady that checked us in needs a hug. This is the second time we have used this hotel and every time she never seems happy, it’s as if she doesn’t want to be bothered. We love this hotel.

Covid’s over. Certain services should go back to normal since Covid is over. I should not have to ask for linens and there should be enough staff to accommodate housekeeping and other services. Other than that it was great. Oh, BTW, the shower was nice except I’d end up with 5 gallons of water on the floor because it’s not sealed well. And I couldn’t get the water up because there aren’t any towels or housekeeping to assist. So there you go…
