Charming Original Lake Norman Cabin in Great Location - Come relax and enjoy!

If you are looking for the true lake living experience on a budget - this 864 square foot cabins offers everything you could need for a great vacation. The location is fantastic nestled in the heart of multi-million dollar homes and properties. It's almost hard to believe this little gem still exist here.

The private yard is populated with large trees and offers a big natural sandy beach with big cove/island views. The cabin itself has a really neat old stone fireplace, comfortable furniture & beds, and clean. It is well stocked with free coffee, spices, cooking utensils, linens, towels and everything you might need.

There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room with Netflix and to YouTube TV to enjoy High Speed WiFi for your other devices.

Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee in the large screen room or the deck watching the ducks, geese and the occasional herd of deer. Although tempting, we ask you please Do Not feed any of them :)

At lunch time fire up the Gas Weber BBQ grill or the charcoal grill to cook your favorite foods. The Horseshoe pits and corn hole games will keep you entertained when you are tired of swimming in the lake.

The Private dock offers a seating area and a jetski port available for your use if you rent or bring your own PWC. Great fishing here also with rods and tackle provided for your use. 3 kayak with one being a double for your use and a paddle board.

This will be a clean environment for you to come enjoy the lake. Rest Assured! We also offer a very relaxed cancellation policy.

Wonderful stay at Lake Norman
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to spend a few days away from our hectic life. We were so lucky to find Scott’s Cozy Cabin. We spent 5 nights at the cabin with our 9 year old Chocolate Lab. Not only did my husband and I enjoy every minute's of our stay, but our dog had a great time too! Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer. Book this cabin if you are looking for a quiet place to stay on Lake Norman, I guarantee you will not regret it. Thanks, Scott for being such a great host and also for the very thoughtful welcoming gifts for us and our dog. We hope to return sometime soon.

Perfect Getaway
Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the view was breathtaking. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, the welcome package was an added surprise and our cat Lilly enjoyed her little treat as well. Seeing the deer and little red fox each day made our getaway even more memorable.

This is a great little place. Absolutely as described. Its so quiet and the fishing from the dock is pretty good. Scott was great and his housekeeper is super extremely organized. I would definitely stay again. Give it a thought.

Exactly what we needed
Cabin was everything we were looking for. Cabin description was exactly as presented. Added plus was we were able to bring our dog. The private and quiet area was perfect for relaxing. Especially enjoyed the beach and boat dock where we watched sunsets each evening over the lake. Definitely would love to visit again.

We loved the cabin and the surrounding areas. The lake is beautiful! We sat at the gazebo and visited for hours… It was fun and peaceful. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful lake location
The Cozy Cabin is right on the lake, with a wonderful private beach. The front room was spacious and comfortable and the screened in porch was great for eating dinner and watching the sunset. It was great to have the kayaks, horse shoe pits and corn hole game available for family fun. We plan to visit family in the future with the definite plan to rent at this location again.

Intimate cabin on Lake Norman
Just a pleasant 3 night experience. The views of the lake were visable from the porch, dining area, living room and kitchen. The lake front was sand about 200 feet across and the walkway out onto the lake was great with a covered sitting area, plus boat dock area. It's a keeper.

Lake getaway
This was probably one of, if not, our favorite VRBO we've ever stayed at. The cabin was nestled by itself, allowed space for our dogs to swim, had a screened in porch and table on the dock we ate at almost every night, or just watched the sunset. This is such a little slice of heaven for a short getaway. The owner was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, which it was!

This property was perfect for my husband & I and our water-living dog. The beach area was phenomenal. The “Cozy Cabin” was just that, a perfectly cozy place to stay & relax. Great little cabin
Had a great time. Perfect little rustic cabin. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The water area had a nice beach and dock as well as lounge chairs. Scott was great, he was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Best Vacation Ever
We love staying here. This was our 4th year. Scott is wonderful and makes sure you have everything you need. The house is well stocked with anything you can think of. We love the kayaks, paddle board and fishing. We take daily walks around the neighborhood and watch all the deer. It's such a relaxing vacation. Our family comes for a day visit. Everyone has the best time. My grandson loves playing on the beach area and in the shallow water. We can't wait to come again.

Great Lake Property
We had the fortune of staying at this great little lake house this past week. The location was absolutely perfect, being able to walk into the water from the sandy beach was a definite plus. Property offered two bathrooms two decent size bedrooms, full kitchen with pretty much any amenity one would need spacious living room, and an awesome enclosed sunporch. It also had three kayaks and a water board which we used the entire time. Check in was a breeze, we had zero issues, and will certainly be going back next year.

We had a great stay at the cosy cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and the property manager even put a few extras in the cabin, including a welcome basket and a large bag of ice in the freezer...a nice touch. The cabin is vintage cabin. There are old hardwood floors and older appliances. This is not a critique, but just an fyi. Everything worked in the house as it should, and the house was kept clean. The dock was really nice, too...bigger than you'd expected with a small cabin rental.

Vacation with grandchildren.
This was our second time staying at Cozy Cabin and we had another great time. Lots of water toys to entertain all ages. Fun sitting on the back porch or in the cabin and watching deer and fawns frolicking on the beach and in the yard.

Best vacation ever
Hands down the best vacation we’ve had since becoming parents. Our kids are 3&5 and the beach has always been a struggle so we booked the lake vacation. Endless fun and water sports, the kids loved everything about this trip and so did the adults! Will be booking again as soon as next summers books open up!

Very cute cabin!
Had everything we would need, works well for family with the beach area. Deer all over the neighborhood. Osprey flying in the cove catching fish. Just a relaxing time with the family. Recommend a stay.

We love our stay here each year. Its a perfect place with kids and a dog. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate for us this year and there was a bad leak and roofers had to come for 2 days of our stay. However, the property manager was excellent, as always, apologetic, and quick to offer compensation for the trouble.
