My fiancé and I had a hard time locating the parking for the AC hotel in the garage but the staff was AMAZINGLY helpful with directions!! Our room was PERFECT!! We will definitely return!

Ive stayed in alot of hotels in Charlotte but this was really nice and different from others. And your right where everything happens. I'll be back. Not to meation i got a beautiful king size bed and room for under 100 bucks.

Overall very good, however the parking area was very confusing. Poor signage directions to the hotel had us wandering through the lot. Also there was no clock in our room. When we reported the fact to the desk clerk he said we would have one later that day, however we never received it.
