"We had a nice stay here. We appreciated how quiet it was even with there being two other units. The supply of amenities (paper towel, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper) were all much appreciated. There was an additional supply of blankets as well which was great given that it’s winter time in Michigan. The place heated up nicely. "The house was clean, lots of breakables we had to hide in a closet away from our kids but fine once everything was moved. No counter space to cook but there are several places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. There is a small park two blocks behind for the kids. The space was perfect for a place to sleep while in town for a memorial."

"We spent a long weekend in Aura's newest property Vintage Soul. The property was beautiful, a loft above store fronts of a cute artsy block. We traveled with our family of 4 and our dog - upon arrival there was a dog bed, treats, and dishes. For the humans, a workout room as well as a well-appointed bathroom and kitchen. "The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean. It felt good. There was a small issue where my book room had some issues. The property manager called me and asked if it would be okay if I checked into a different apartment of course! I said that would be fine and the other apartment was just as well done as the other! The checkout requests are easy and simple in the property manager was prompt to send me all the information I needed for a great one week stay. If I am in the Lansing area again...

"There was a reservation challenge. Communication was excellent. I spoke with a very efficient and friendly Justin and Morgan. They did everything to make it work. We had a great time. Our apartment number 8 looks different. It was very modern with the biggest tv that anyone could dream of. Linens were exceptional. Plenty of parking. If I had to say anything i would recomend an additional towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place."

"Check in was interesting. The owner wasnt aware of the booking, then lied about the room getting a new couch so we couldnt get in until 430 instead of 4. All he did was put a portable A/C unit in the room. This apartment is in an actual apartment building with actual tenants. Very very dirty outside of building and inside and smelled. "Listing said Glendora ca, we drove 20 hours from Texas for the hosts to tell us the home is in Michigan. The hosts also, before we realized it was the wrong state, said the room was also unavailable and we needed another one. We got left stranded. No managers to speak with. No one offered a solution other than wait for our money and oh well. I will never use this again. The biggest scam."

It appeared clean at first, but as we stayed we noticed garbage under the coffee table, cobwebs in the bathroom, and a layer of grease on the kitchen cabinets. "I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you Eric and Jen"
