Beautiful Downtown Charlevoix Condo #377

Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom, located on the 3rd floor. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, full size oven, a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. A very rough stay
A vague, buried sentence in the reservation confirmation about Spring construction and the bridge facing unit, with the nightly bridge construction and bell ringing from 7p-6a was unreal. Construction debris, nails, staples were all over the parking lot. A rough stay all around.

Great spot in Charlevoix
The unit was perfect! Pictures actually didn’t do it justice. We thought it was going to be a 90s decor in need of an update but instead it was more of a Tuscan getaway theme with really nice appointments. Charlevoix’s port, the cute little downtown area, shops, restaurants, etc., and Lame Michigan we’re all walkable from our place. The only downside was the noise from the rooftop bar next door. Thankfully, the first night they were done by 11 and the second night I think it got rained out. Since it was done by 11, we really didn’t mind, though.
