“Looks like it’s a family owned property and everyone was so nice. ”

“The hotel was clean, with rooms clean enough, but very outdated. There was a hair dryer, microwave, and mini fridge in the room, all also outdated. No pool, breakfast, or other perks, but WiFi was acceptable. Was a little disturbed about getting a phone call 10 minutes before checkout, saying that it was time for us to vacate the room. All-in-all, fairly economical and reasonable place to stay. ”

“Very nice man in the office. The room 104 was large and clean. Only issue I had was around 11 pm a family with some kids checked into and were out in room above me so those small kids running around was loud until they settled down. I would stay again ”

“Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset in the rolling hills of Sweetwater, TN. Property owners were very nice and enjoyed staying in the quiet, clean and comfortable studio apartment beside the stable. Would definitely vacation there again.”

Sharon is quick to respond to any concerns we had and were very thankful for all that she did to make sure that we were comfortable in this rental. We WILL be staying again!”

The view is so nice. We loved relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife and boats. Plus it allows dogs which is so helpful to our family. Thank you for the use of your house! It was perfect.”
