"Showed up earlier then check in time to ask if we could check in earlier. And they told me no we don’t have any rooms available we are overbooked we have to take these walk ins to take in first. And I said if I come back at 3:00 pm my room will be ready right and because I got confirmation from Expedia and the man said no there is no rooms available. "i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation.
