"My husband and I and 2 young children (ages 4 and 6) rented the condo for a week and my mom met us there for 4 days. We all had an amazing time. The location of the condo is perfect and there are tons of beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is also spacious enough that we were able to spread out for the week and not feel crowded. My husband and I went diving (we dove with Scuba Life Cozumel and they were great!) for 3 mornings and a night dive while my mom stayed with the kids. The pool is right by the condo, along with sand to play in at the beach below so no one ever got bored. Alex was very responsive the few times I reached out with questions and we also booked Karla for 2 delicious meals cooked in the condo for us. We will absolutely stay there again."

"My friend & I had a wonderful stay at the Explorean. The jungle setting was beautiful & relaxing. All of the staff were outstanding. They were so welcoming & made our whole visit special. I was especially impressed with the activity team, Jassiel, Nestor, Julio, Armando, Edgar, Vega (along with Epi & Luis on the boats). They made every effort to see that we had a lot of fun. They got to know us & also shared stories of their own lives. We were there for 14 days & asked for a repeat of our favorite excursion, El Ceilo & they scheduled it 2 more times with visits to different parts of the reef. Breakfast & lunch were very nice at Explorean's restaurant, Lool Kan. We enjoyed dinner there, but would have liked more menu choices. It was great that meals & facilities at the Fiesta Americana were also included. The Asian restaurant had amazing food & excellent service. Our favorite place for breakfast was the beach club buffet. The hostess there, Alejandra, knew our name by the 2nd visit & where we liked to sit. My favorite were the delicious tacos Virginia made me every morning. Our favorite lunch spot was at La Cevicheria with savory seafood & an amazing view of the shimmering ocean. One night was special with a buffet dinner on the beach followed by a fire show. Most of the FA night shows were good, but the amplified music would have been much better at half volume. The room was simple, very clean, with ample big towels, comfortable bed & pillows & mini bar stocked daily."

"We wanted a place to stay that was set back from the busy, commercialized places, was quiet, right by the beach, where we could cook if we wanted or eat out if we chose, was close enough that we could still visit the markets, attractions and tours, and most importantly would fit our family of five. Mima's village checked all these boxes. Our kids loved the pool and went swimming every evening. The beach is rocky but alive with sea life. We saw all kinds of fish, octopus, coral, urchin, crabs, rays, and collected so many shells. There is also an awesome little sandy beach area 2 minutes walk down the road. Memo was amazing and so accommodating. He told us all the best places to eat and shop and answered any questions we had. He even taught us how to use the charcoal grill. We had the best time and made so many memories. I highly recommend staying at Mima's village."

"The location was excellent, quiet and out of town but not far, easy drive into town for dinner and shopping. The condo itself was perfect! Fully stocked with towels, coffee, even shampoo and limited toiletries. Water view from the porch and right next to the pool. Parking lot was also very convenient. We will definitely stay again! "
