It was a wonderful location to explore the beaches and hiking spots around Chania, and experience the lovely culture of the people of Sternes. It is within 10 minutes of the airport but feels a world away. "Our place was very spacious for 4 people ( 2 couples), kitchen well equipped, lots of towels provided, great space for sleeping however beds were uncomfortable. "The location was fantastic. It was very close to restaurants and supermarkets. It was also an easy walk to the old port and all the sea sites. There were 4 weekly food markets that could also be reached walking. The only issues we had were a language barrier for operation of the stove/range and the washing machine /dryer. "Corinna Mare is in an amazing location with swimming pools and access straight into the sea. The bedrooms are a little dated and cleanliness was a little lacking but the restaurant food is gorgeous and the bedroom balcony was lovely. "
