Huge Extraordinary Home
My children and grandchildren stay at Champion's Gate every year for Mother's day, this was by far the Best house Ever!! Clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. It is even more beautiful in person. The family enjoyed the big screen tv by the pool and by the bar outside. The theater room and all the games kept everyone with something to do. Lots of pots and pans, to cook Mother's day dinner. I cant say enough about this beautiful home. We didn't want for anything in this home.

Fantastic stay!
Traveled with two families; all the kids and adults enjoyed our stay in the home. Was exactly like the pictures and description. Lots of space, high level of attention to detail with the decorations in all the rooms and great communication from hosts. Would definitely stay there again!

Incredible Stay!
This is by far the coolest house I have ever rented. What a fun experience! The theater room is amazing, every room is decorated so well. The hot tub and pool were perfect. There’s a gaming system in just about every room. I booked this place for 12 adults and we never felt crowded. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to hang out.

I booked this house for my fiancé's 30th birthday and it did not disappoint. The house itself is amazing, with all the decor/themed rooms. The Jurassic Park theater room was definitely our favorite place to hang in the evenings, and my son absolutely loved the pool. However, I can say when we arrived there was still trash out front from the previous renters, so that wasn't exactly appealing. And it was hard to find instructions for the multiple electronics around the house. Typically when we stay in a rental there is a rental binder with all the information needed for the house, but this one didn't have that, so I would really recommend doing that, as it's an easy way for someone to find instructions for everything. Also, the instructions for the outdoor screen were not that great, and we really couldn't figure it out, it would be better if it was broken down for people like me who just aren't tech savvy. Overall, good stay, beautiful home, lovely neighboorhood :)

Our party of 13 had an AWESOME stay! The pics are EXACTLY what you see when you arrive. The detailing throughout the house was SPECTACULAR. Everyone had SPACE TO CHILL and relax or hang out together in the theater, by the pool, etc. The Oasis Clubhouse was so much fun, between the splash pad for the kiddos in our party, the lazy river, pool, Tiki Bar and full restaurant we could not have been more pleased. There was lightning in the area while we were at the clubhouse and everyone had to get out of the pool so we had had lunch at the restaurant and the food and service were great. Highlights for us included the air conditioned cabana’s with full bathrooms and especially the lift for my mom who requires assistance getting in and out the pool. I could go on but we have vacationed together for over 15+ years and this house is by far our FAVORITE. The communication by the property owner from reservation to checkout was clear, property manager was immediately responsive to a water pressure issue, and we experienced no challenges with managing the removal of trash indicated by the previous guest. Would we and have we recommended this house to others? YES!! Would we stay here in the future? YES!! Thank you making our stay so ENJOYABLE!!!

We received one email asking about where to put trash, which we immediately replied to. And, our property manager received one voicemail about the trash, and he immediately called back a couple of times, but no one ever answered or returned his call. It's such a shame that a simple issue, such as where to dispose of trash, could be your reasoning to give this home and your experience such a poor review.

The pictures do not do it justice! The rooms are well appointed, the movie room is spectacular, the upstairs billiard area was perfect for hanging and watching the playoffs and the outdoor pool with tv was the cherry on top. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.

Simply AMAZING!
My family has been renting homes in the ChampionsGate community every year since 2016, and it seems like each property has been even better than the one before. While all of the previous properties have helped us create fantastic memories with family and friends, Castle Getaways-Canterbury At ChampionsGate was a level above the rest. Tons of unique amenities at this home including the outdoor movie screen and entertainment center, the indoor Movie theater, and multiple themed rooms throughout the house. Keith and his team took great care of us throughout with excellent communication all the way through from the booking experience to the check-out process. We would highly recommend this rental property to all of our family and friends and hope to return some day in the near future for another stay.

Amazing vacation rental!
My parents, my brothers family and my family stayed in this amazing house while visiting Disney and Universal for a week. We were impressed by the VRBO listing but were blown away by the property in person. We were in awe of the themed rooms and all of the rooms and restrooms were roomy and very clean. The pool and hot tub were a perfect plus after a long day in the parks. The theater room was the favorite of my middle school nephew. He said he would rather stay in the house rather than visit the parks. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this fabulous vacation home!

The minute we walked in and saw the Jurassic wall we knew we were in for a treat. The theater room was amazing with the animated dinosaur. The main floor kitchen, dining and living room was spacious and well equipped . The kids fought over the theme rooms, but all liked the room they ended up with. Great Place to Stay!
The house (and community) were great! The house is very close to the Community Clubhouse so getting to the community waterpark, gym, bar, etc. was easy. Also, the house is close to the new Publix grocery store so that was also very nice. The house itself was very clean and all of the equipment and games in the house worked perfectly. The house held our big group (8 adults, 4 kids) easily without anyone feeling cramped. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (and every bedroom had a smart TV). The kitchen was nice and big and the large dining room table was great for dinners and card games. The movie theater room was absolutely amazing and the pool was also great! The only issue was that there was no BBQ grill included (but the property managers were very upfront about it and even sent us info on where we could rent one). The property management team was very responsive to questions from the time we booked and throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this house!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and were excited to choose their favorites. After being outside in the heat at the theme parks it was great to be able to come home and jump into the pool. We ended every night by enjoying a movie in the theater. Amazing property!
My family said this was the best vacation home! It had all the amenities necessary for our week long stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the pool and theatre room. The location was perfect. Although traffic in Highway 4 is not the best, the drive to and from Disney was not bad at all (max 30 minutes). There are plenty of stores and restaurants near the home. Highly recommend this home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying the theater room was outstanding. The layout of this home is perfect for entertaining. The pool and Kanu was also an added plus. Nothing bad to say about this property. We really enjoyed our stay. The trash situation was a challenge as there full trash bags at the front door when we arrived and finding a place to drop trash off was a challenge. But all in all we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Spring Break Accommodations
The house exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The inside was decorated and layer out just as shown in the pictures, felt actually bigger! The theater was a huge hit with everyone, from watching movies to playing games on the huge screen. The management company was very friendly and accommodating. This house is incredible! This is one of the rare instances where the pictures accurately show what you will be getting. Actually, the house is even better in person!! Owner of house was very prompt answering any booking questions and we had no surprises upon arrival. The house was very clean and the only thing we wished for was more time to enjoy what the house offered - pool, hot tub, movie theater, pool table, air hockey, etc.. We had two minor issues and the property management company was great to deal with. They were very friendly and fixed the issues immediately. Just book this house - you will love it!

Spectacular Vacation Home
Our family could not have been any more comfortable while vacationing in this wonderful home. As our party grew from 5 to 12 during the span of the first two days, this welcoming home remained spacious and accommodating. The themed bedrooms were thoroughly enjoyed by kids of all ages. After our days at Disney and Universal, the pool and hot tub were a freshing oasis. The theater room made for magnificently entertaining viewings of Encanto, Jurassic Park, and Harry Potter. The property managers were immediately responsive to small concerns (a malfunctioning coffee machine) and larger ones (interrupted air conditioning for the second floor). Our only criticism is wondering now how to incorporate a billiards table, hot tub, and theater room into our every day home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for all families!
