“Had a great time walking to town and”

“Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!”

“Our group of 16 had an amazing stay here! We are a group of homeschooling families and we all found comfy spots to sleep. The beds and bedding are all comfy and in great condition. Everything was clean and well supplied. Several people in the group love to cook and appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen. There were many different areas in the the house so that people could do different activities but there was also room for us all to be together. And it is beautiful outside! The view from……

“Secluded location , the drive is rough on a car little worse than described. Also the garden was not a garden and not usable the swimming hone is anbit of a drive to get to. Otherwise it is an amazing place”

“Nice home for a get-away to experience Nevada City, only a five-minute walk away from the fun and charming downtown. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks. A spacious fenced-in back yard too! The home is nice, with well-furnished rooms. The master suite is really spacious and the upstairs quarters are nicely situated with a cozy sitting area and TV in addition to the large bed and single bed with the trundle bed. The other room is fairly small, just enough to fit a bed for two. All with nice……
