"Resort was beautiful and very clean. Staff always tried to be helpful. Unfortunately there was very little at the resort and it was very far away from anything else. Drinks felt overpriced. half the beach was under construction and the surrounding area. A shop on site would of helped a lot or even better evening facilities. "

"Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay. "

"My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!"

"Extremely loud outdoor night club across the street that will not let you sleep. Felt like a concert for 30,000 people but only about 100 people attending. Never have I had to adjust my sleep schedule due to sound of the hotel. I ended up sleeping at 2 or 3am each night. Some nights the party would end at 2 and then I would hear an after party start at 4. After party club located within hotel that made the hallways stink of cigarettes smell.
