"Had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was our 3rd stay in the hotel. The grandchildren loved swimming in the pool. They also loved running around in the soft play ball pool area. This is a great hotel for small children. I can highly recommend it if you have plans for a trip to Disneyland Paris. The shuttle service to the park is an excellent advantage. "

"Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"Friendly place, from all of the staff in each area to the shops and bits just outside the hotel. Made to feel welcome. Ideal place for Disney. A free shuttle bus for the guests. Very close to the main train station RER A line to central Paris. Supermarket 2 min walk away. Huge shopping centre if that’s what you like 5 mins away. "The hotel was well located. Very modern. The staff were helpful. There was a kettle in the room but no milk. The mini fridge wasn't working. The outside area is nice. We ate off-site as we had fussy kids and would recommend the buffalo grill up the road. The staff were helpful"
