"The room was very nice with many amenities and although we were expecting small, it’s very small. The area was central to many tourist attractions. Roof top bar had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. If this is your preferred area, it’s a great place to stay! "

"The staff is AMAZEBALLS from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The manager man at the 3pm cocktail hour was rude beyond what you would expect. The rooms weren't the cleanest but the housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. They could really use more polishing in the room. We shouldn't be able to wipe dirt off dressers and end tables with a washcloth. However we will go back. Those little things didn't change how convenient and centrally located they are much less the awesome...

"The staff was amazing and treated my family with such care. They even sent a special treat up to the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday (we did not ask for anything. They just saw at check in that it was her birthday and did it on their own. They even gave her a hand written card). Beautiful view, spacious room, top notch amenities. "
