"Traveled with my husband and 2 kids. The staff was very friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival even though we were very early. The room was spacious and clean. The safe didn't work and there was no fan in the bathroom but it was a short stay so it was fine. The area was in a great location to all the sites. Definitely worth staying here for the location alone. There is a bar and an outdoor area that were very nice as well. Great hotel in Washington. I would definitely stay again."

"Always have loved staying here but it’s been years since my last stay. Have always loved it. Check in young woman was excellent. Very sweet and professional. Woman at front desk at check out seemed bothered and unfriendly. Gentleman “manager” I’m assuming who was often behind the desk in the background never stops looking at his cell phone and cutting up behind the desk while people were lined up waiting. Just found it all very unprofessional for this classy place, as he should have been...
