"We chose this B&B because of its close access to the beach and a night launch from Cape Canaveral. Out last visit to Melbourne Beach was 45 years ago. Hosts were gracious and friendly. The late afternoon wine and cheese happy hour was enjoyable. The breakfast (French toast, caramelized bacon, fruit smoothy) was good. The heated pool was relaxing. Our room (Driftwood Lagoon) was clean but nothing special. Bed was a bit soft for us...personal taste. However, an unpleasant odor emanated from under...

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. All the staff were very friendly and every little detail has been well planned. The amenities like the complimentary snack bar, beach towels, bottled waters in the room are just some examples. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely make a return visit!"

"We were looking for a place to spend the night near a venue and found this place. What a find! The inn was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. The Inn is in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend for a night, a long weekend or a vacation. "

My wife and i stayed 1 night in the Opal room for our wedding anniversary and we loved it. We had a nice bottle of wine and a wedding anniversary card from the staff. Such a nice intention. "Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”."
