"Impromptu stayover in JB after a long day of shopping, booked last minute on the very same day, a little hiccup at checkin around 6pm, couldn’t find my reservation at first so was sorta delayed, hotel is supposedly a posh highend establishment but it lacks maintenance and seems worn, pool is definitely a plus."

"Best hotel in JB… worth paying a bit more for the comfort and convenience. Traffic can be a bit rough but it’s not an issue with Grab cars easily available. "

"Location amenities not so bad but i book 3 room queen and end up only got 2 queen and 1 room is 2 single bed . Reason from staff said hotel.com only show reservation 1 booking . No mini fridge. "

"The room keen to refurbish. Air conditioning unable to control the temperature due to broken controller. No disposable toothbrush available in the shower room. Shower room’s water temperature is not warm enough. "
