"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. "Extremely clean property. The location is pretty nice in an active neighborhood. There are three other apartments right next to you, one below and two next door. The neighbors were mostly quiet. One smokes and has that distinct smokers cough that you can hear through the walls, but was otherwise a quiet neighbor. The beds were comfy!!
