“We had a nice visit here at the Melia in Cozumel. I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. As others have mentioned, I would recommend upgrading to the Level experience. Better food options and other amenities, plus a bigger room. Place was very clean, room was nice and chilly, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Overall the food was quite good, but I was disappointed by one thing. Both of the hotels offer entrees where you can upgrade and get something a little more expensive or exotic.……

“El hotel es muy antiguo, pero limpio y seguro. La gran mayoría del personal es amable y con buena actitud hacia los huéspedes, obvio siempre hay un par de personas que son groseras, pero en general casi todos son amables. La comida del restaurante “Fish House” es estraordinaria. Felicitaciones especiales a Javier, Osvaldo, Ignacio, David y la Sra. de housekeeping por su increíble atención a los huéspedes.
