The shower head was loose and hung straight down making you have to almost get near the wall with the handle to get under the water. That was aggravating. "We had a great experience! The room was lovely, comfortable, & very clean. The customer service was excellent! My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was ideal. We were in Clemson for Dabo Swinney’s Youth Football Camp and it took 5-7 minutes to drive to the facilities . We will definitely stay there in the future. "
