"Roost is a great value. Each room is really a small apartment with all the amenities of rental, including washer and dryer. The location is amazing, it is within walking distance to many restaurants and Rittenhouse park. It is also not far from the museums. The staff were lovely and aiming to please. Finally it is certainly a pet friendly hotel for sure! "

"The property manager is a scammer. He baits and switches, which is what others have warned against. He told me at the last minute that the property was not available and offered a refund, which he is not issuing. Stay away!!!!!"
