5/5 Excellent
"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had.
We booked a room with breakfast included and we were very happy with it. Breakfast has both western and Asian options. One downside was that the gym was unavailable during our stay.
Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
