"James & Candy are two of the nicest people ever! My wife & I are baseball fans & booked this trip to see The Oakland Coliseum & Oracle Park. Shortly after I completed my booking, James began his great communication by providing some useful suggestions regarding each ballpark & their respective driving/parking situations. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. Best hotel to stay at in San Francisco
"When we got to the hotel we met Vanessa at the front desk she explained how I could upgrade for 13 dollars for a sky view which I was ecstatic for since it was my birthday trip. She sent us off to our room which unfortunately it was not ready and messy, but when we went down Vanessa upgraded us again to a new room and this one add a beautiful view of the bay. She made this trip very easy and not stressful, she was very communicative and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed, I highly recommend especially if you are looking for a no stress hotel and ask for Vanessa."
