We stayed at Villa Beach Cottages from May 2 to May 12. We had such a great time there! We stayed in unit 18 and had a terrace facing the pool. Everything we needed was just a few steps away: pool, beach lounges, beach itself. And a breathtaking view! Our unit was very nice, clean, with beautiful wooden furniture and a well equipped kitchen. There is always available lounges and beach towels. If you need anything, all staff reacts to your requests right away. The beach is just wonderful there, the water is not too deep and you can swim safely. The check-in was fast. The orientation with Colin, the owner of this beautiful place, was warm, everything to the point, plenty of useful information. The place offers all kind of activities. Just talk to reception, and they will organize everything you need: taxi, trips, restaurant reservations, water equipment. A small restaurant on site is very cozy and the food is delicious there. We were planning on renting a car, but changed our mind because realized the roads can be very challenging in Saint Lucia. We used taxi services offered by Villa Beach Cottages and found it extremely convenient. Our taxi driver was Bicette and thanks to him, our itineraries were pleasant and relaxed. Bicette is such a gentleman, very tactful, always caring and helpful. We would highly recommend Bicette for your services!!! We would definitely recommend this amazing place. Thank you so much to all staff there! You made our vacation unforgettable!

Excellent location, beautiful beach and the rooms were clean and spacious! The grounds are extremely well kept and the staff was both gracious and helpful (explaining how to get around the island and destination recommendations). Only negative I could find was that it's not really walkable to any sort of nightlife other than an an excellent spot for breakfast so you'll need to take a taxi (20 bucks each way which can add up quickly). Otherwise, difficult to find anything negative to say, it is a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Cute ocean front view from my room. I liked the amenities they offered. Jacuzzi wasn't working. The hot water was hard to adjust in the shower. We liked the beach, it wasn't crowded at all. One thing i wasn't pleased with was at checkout they gave us our bill and didn't mention all these extra tips that they added and goverment fees. Also, they added a mandatory tourist levy fee and charged me 6 times for that. Overall it was a pleasant stay but i really wasn't happy with all these extra hidden fees.

Our second floor villa looked out at the ocean. The view was spectacular! The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. The only con is the racing motorcycles late into the night.

What a glorious family run property with great attention to detail and wonderful hospitality. Its right on the beach...and in view of spectacular sunsets. The main road is busy and area not very walkable...so a good base to explore from or just to relax and enjoy the beach.

This was our third visit and each visit was fantastic. It is a great place to stay with our own kitchen, bedroom and ocean view patio. Staff are great and we will be back again.

We loved the location, right on the ocean. Every morning, looking out on our balcony every evening watching the sunset over the Caribbean. The villas were beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were so helpful.

The cottage is oceanfront with beautiful views. Great location if you have a car. I would NOT recommend if you don’t have a car because the only restaurants nearby are those in other high end resorts and you need a taxi to get there. We had a car and enjoyed a few restaurants and also shopped at Masseys grocery store and fixed a few meals in out cottage which had a full kitchen. Recommend going to Windjammer resort to eat lunch or dinner at Jammers restaurant. Approx 10 min away. just tell the gate guard you are having lunch at Jammers and he/she will let you drive down. You will also want to wear your bathing suit underneath your clothes to enjoy a very beautiful beach there. It was the prettiest beach we saw on the north side of the island. The hotel was great, staff was very friendly, furniture dated but bed comfortable. Great value for the money. Don’t leave any money out, it may disappear. Otherwise, we felt safe.

We stayed at Villa Beach for two weeks in a very lovely large apartment. The facilities were all we needed, the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s beach location was wonderful for walking along the bay and swimming. I also tried paddle boarding for the first time with the complementary board.

This property is right on the beach. The city of Castries is nearby but it feels secluded. A $20 cab ride from the ferry port or airport. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is great!

Nice beach in convinient location. Nice looking property and friendly staff. Just do not listen to the owner's advises about dinning options as he will send you to the most expensive restaurants which are not that special - just go and try small local places as they offer the same if not even better or if you have a chance go to Friday night street food.

VBC was amazing. I was surprised at the cost and very glad I stayed here. The property was a little different than my usual vacations so I will not hold my personal likings against this property. The room was spacious. The furniture was fine. I don’t know what the other reviewers were talking about. It was better than some 5 stars I have been to. Having the jacuzzi was a bonus. My suggestion would be for travelers to bring some food with you to prepare your first night so you don’t have to run out first thing. I didn’t visit the laundry facility or the convenience store they had but that was also a welcoming touch. The staff were very pleasant. Yes you do hear some traffic but after a day or two it is not noticeable. The location was good. The beach was practically empty. I had the beach to myself most of the time. Mr. Colin meets with the guests and provides a history of st. Lucia and provides some tips. Oh and do read the binder in your room. It is very informational. Housekeeping starts very early in the morning. Grab your do not disturb sign at check in. I had a couple of hilarious moments with the woman who came to clean. Haha. Enjoy your patios for sunrise and sunset. Breathtaking views. They had security on the property which was nice. I’m a solo traveler and didn’t experience any problems in the community. Not that I expected to. You will not regret staying here at all. It was well worth the cost. VBC was wonderful.

The cottages were terrific and our 2 BR suite spacious and clean. Loved the balcony looking right on to the beach, waves 100 feet away. The GM was most helpful in planning our exploration around the island. The one draw back is there is not much within walking distance. But this is minor. Overall would recommend the Villa Beach Cottages highly

Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the friendly staff and provided information of the premises. The General Manager’s introduction to the Cottages and Saint Lucia was humorous and informative. All staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Loved our cottage, beach and views. Special thanks to all the friendly staff but especially to Margaret, super maid and Pamella the great cook/chef! Driver Claudius was awesome as well!

Staff are so nice and accommodating, property is well maintained and relaxing, beach is clean and easy to swim in. The view is spectacular with wonderful sunsets. Nice and quiet, sure you can hear street noise but travel with ear plugs like I do and it muffles out the noise. Highly recommend this property

Great location, Outstanding Welcome, amazing Staff
The welcome you get from the staff, from Reception to housekeeping and the Cook,Pamela, is outstanding. The hotel itself is really attractive with beautifully kept gardens and a pretty fascia, and right on the beachfront which is quiet and private. It's right next to Sandals so security is good. We had a deluxe 2 bedroom Sea View Villa which we absolutely loved. It was very spacious and well equipped and the view form our bed was fabulous. It is on a busy main road so I think we had the best position as we only heard the sound of the sea. I would highly recommend this but would advise a car. The small restaurant serves a lovely breakfast and basic lunch but you need to cook or eat out at night. There a plenty of places to explore so a car is really useful here anyway.

We liked it soooooo much!!! It was so quaint and cozy! The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was stocked with cooking things we needed for the week. The beach front view was breath taking! Nice pool and jacuzzi. However the jets in the jacuzzi did not work at all the whole time we were there when we pushed the switch. We got over that quick, just being in a majestic place like this and the surroundings. It was also nice to watch the sun set at night. The little store they have really comes in handy when you need something. It was such a nice touch to have the owner want to meet us and give us a background on the history of the place. Very nice and kind man! The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you may want or need. We would definitely come back here again if we get the chance!
