"Very clean, newly remodled, upstairs appartment with two large bedrooms, plenty of closet space, full kitchen, very nicely appointed. Covered, carport parking off the rear was very nice on rainy mornings. Washer & Dryer on lower level. The house is on Colorado Ave. so there is some traffic noise, but honestly it never really bothered us too much."

"Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. "This is a lovely and surprisingly quiet little spot. My spouse and I enjoyed getting some much needed peace and quiet but we also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of places for dining and entertainment within a few blocks of the house."

"We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon."

"House was clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen and bathroom necessities. Perfect for three couples traveling together. Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!"

"It was a very nice place to stay, conveniently located away from the hum of the city, but still close enough to enjoy. Some darker shades in the bedroom would be nice for sleeping in, and a thicker curtain by the slider door for more privacy is needed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
